By submitting payment and participating in the FLIM Book Compilation, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Payment: The $299 investment is non-refundable and confirms your commitment to the book project. Failure to submit the required materials does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Content Submission & Ownership: While you retain the rights to your original written submission, Leadership DevelopME, LLC holds exclusive publishing, formatting, and distribution rights for this specific compilation. Your content may not be published elsewhere under the same title or format.
• Editing & Formatting: All submissions will be professionally edited to maintain clarity, consistency, and adherence to publishing standards. Leadership DevelopME, LLC reserves the right to make necessary grammatical and structural adjustments without altering the intent of the content.
• Publication Timeline: The tentative timeline is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. Leadership DevelopME, LLC will communicate any necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
• Marketing & Promotion: By participating, you grant Leadership DevelopME, LLC permission to use your name, likeness (headshot), and excerpts from your submission for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Author Copies: Each author will receive one (1) book proof. Additional copies will be available for purchase at the author’s cost.
• Legal Disclaimer: Leadership DevelopME, LLC assumes no liability for third-party use of published content. All submitted work must be original, and authors are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
